Adult Outpatient Services
We are here when you need us most. Call us today to learn how you can get support to keep your OCD and anxiety under control.
McLean OCDI Houston offers specialty outpatient treatment for anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias, and related disorders.
Outpatient care is ideal for those who:
- Are struggling with symptoms of anxiety and OCD
- Seek a tailored treatment plan and support to build skills to prevent relapse
- Do not require a more intensive level of care
Our expert behavioral therapists have received intensive training in the treatment of these disorders and the effective use of evidence-based treatment, particularly cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy.
Our programs are not appropriate for individuals who have active addictions, active eating disorders, and/or are actively suicidal. For these individuals, we recommend an inpatient setting.
Appointments are available both in-person and online.
