Biography
Dr. Emily Anderson’s clinical interests focus on cognitive-behavioral treatment of OCD, anxiety disorders, depression, and habit disorders in children, adolescents, and adults. She obtained her BA from Trinity University and her MA and PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
During her graduate training, Dr. Anderson received broad training in cognitive-behavioral treatment with individuals with various disorders across the life span. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Children’s Mercy Hospital & Clinics and was the Messer Post-Doctoral Associate in Anxiety Disorders at the Yale University Child Study Center, where she specialized in treating obsessive compulsive disorder and tic disorders.
